AYTEK was established in 1996 in Bursa with the partnership of Federn Brand KG., which has been the European Leader in spring manufacturing in Germany since 1922. In 2002, AYTEK ended its partnership with Federn Brand by acquiring all shares of Federn Brand and became 100% Turkish capitalized.

AYTEK completely uses German Technology and meets the high-quality spring needs of the automotive sub-industry, white goods, electricity, electromechanical, defense industry, and machinery manufacturing industry by using the cold coiled technique.

AYTEK has always put customer satisfaction at the forefront and received the following certificates Management System certificates; ISO9002:1994 in 1997, ISO9001:2008 in 2009. It has ISO/TS 16949 certificate, which is the highest level of Quality Management System in the automotive sector.

Production

AYTEK manufactures springs using cold-wound spring technology, employing CNC spring winding machines, grinding, sandblasting (shot peening), stress relief, and blocking processes on world-leading brand machinery.The springs produced undergo quality control and life tests with calibrated equipment that meets international standards in terms of precision and competence.All process stages, from raw material input to product shipment, utilize verified, traceable, and calibrated inspection and testing equipment.
