AYTEK has ISO/TS16949 Certificate, which is the latest point reached in Quality Management Systems, especially in the automotive industry.
The ultimate goal of the quality studies mentioned above is “Customer satisfaction”. In this context, the characteristics determined in its internal processes, from the selection and supply of raw materials to the manufacture of springs and the control of the finished product, are kept under control and measured with the latest technology. The product that does not provide the demanded level of quality is absolutely not allowed into the next process.
AYTEK is very sensitive in the selection of raw materials Before the acceptance of the raw materials, AYTEK carries out the necessary tests and controls by taking into account the international norms. (TS2500-1,2,3 TS138EN10002-1 DIN EN 10270-1,2,3)
Various inspection and experiment methods are used in final product controls. The force measurements of the compression and tension springs are carried out precisely with the German AFK-7-BL tester and the Zwick Compression Tension Tester. Again, the torque measurements of the torsion springs are carried out precisely. Life tests of all three types of springs (compression – tension – torsion) are carried out at AYTEK if requested.
