About Us

AYTEK was established in Bursa in 1996 as a joint venture with Federn Brand KG, a company that has been a European leader in spring manufacturing in Germany since 1922. In 2002, AYTEK acquired all the shares of Federn Brand, thereby ending its partnership with the company and becoming a 100% Turkish-owned enterprise.
